WE DID IT!!!
Hello lovelies!
I know I haven’t been very consistent with my posts, but things have been so chaotic with graduation and the BF being back home, and then traveling to Michigan. I was supposed to fly back home, but Spirit Airlines screwed me over…and anyway I don’t want to talk too much about that because it will give me high blood pressure.
So I figure it was about time that I share my graduation pictures with you guys.
The Details:
- It was on May 16th, 2015 and was held at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence for the first time ever.
- The Ceremony began around 9am, which if you ask me was inhumane!
- I, along with some of the other graduating music majors sang the National Anthem at the beginning of the ceremony, and the Alma Mater at the end.
- The ceremony was about 4 hours long…way too long.
- We were the largest class to ever graduate from RIC.
- I graduated Sum Laude with dual degrees in Music and Psychology.
The day, overall, was stressful AF, but it was such a rewarding experience. Now on to bigger and better things, right?!
Here are some pictures from before the ceremony with my right hand woman.
There were are in the first 2 rows.
Leaving the ceremony as graduates!!
My two favorite people in the world, my momma bear and honey bear. They were my backbone and my number one support system, and I would have lost my mind if I had to do it all without them. Love them both with all my heart!
I hope you guys enjoyed this post. I promise to get back to some sort of schedule and be more consistent once I get back home and get settled. I also have a ton of beauty and fashion posts coming, so stay tuned.
Until next time loves.
Love always, Weezybaby!
Congratulations girl! xx

Oh that’s so exciting!!! I’m gonna try to work at a psychiatric hospital here and do research or internship for clinical psych just to try it out. I have to start applying for master’s and PhD programs within the next few months though. What about you? What do you want to do after graduation?

Ooh cool. I’m not planning on going to grad school or anything, but I’m also taking up a certificate in Human Resources Management. I’ll find a job after grad then save up to finish that since I really want to work in the admin field. xD

Oh that’s awesome! I love how you have your plan all laid out. By admin field do you mean like school psychologist?

No, not psychology related at all. Haha by admin field, I meant office work. I didn’t want to take a business degree so an easy alternative would be to take a certificate in HR management instead. 🙂

Oh ok, I get it now hahaha. How come you don’t want to do anything with psychology?

Well, I know I can work with children with special needs and I love kids, but I don’t think that it’s something that I really want as a lifetime job. I’m more of paperwork kinda person. Hahah but who knows, things can change.

That’s true. It’s good that you know this now though. It’s better than doing a job for years and realizing that you don’t want to continue doing it and having to start over.
